Today, the brutal regime of criminal Yoweri Museveni spends more on misinformation than on the truth. The incompetence and corruption of the regime, is like garbage that has to be thrown out everyday. That’s why propaganda is like a bin man that has to remove it daily. The Uganda government is the greatest enemy of truth, making the truth the first casualty on the war against Ugandans.
That’s why the Army propagandist, Richard Karemire is denying that, the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence(CMI) led by Criminal Abel Kandiho, “does not operate safe houses anywhere in the country.” Really?
Thus, deception has been used by the NRM criminal outfit, to cover-up its backwardness and brutality.
