Noël Tshiani Marshall Plan for Democratic Republic of Congo

The unfortunate candidate in the presidential election of December 30, 2018, Noël Tshiani exchanged Tuesday, May 14, with the students of the National Pedagogical University, UPN in acronym. At the end of this meeting, he presented his Marshall Plan for the reconstruction and development of the Democratic Republic of Congo. In his speech, the speaker of the day put special emphasis on the reform of the system of institutions, calling for the abolition of the Senate, which in his view does not represent much.
He remains dubious about the advantages that the country grants to the former Presidents of the Republic who, de facto, after their term of office, become senators for life.

Before getting to the heart of the matter, Noël Tshiani said he was disappointed to see DR Congo is part of the underdeveloped countries while it has immense natural resources. In relation to the education sector, in spite of the country’s eminent professors, the speaker indicated that no Congolese university is among the top 200 African universities according to the ranking of the year 2018.

In order to address all these economic, educational, social and other problems, Dr. Tshiani has, as a result, shown the way forward through his Marshall Plan, having in its midst, 15 programs of action to boost the reconstruction and development of the country. These points include leadership, the establishment of the rule of law, peace, security, democracy and so on.
With regard to the abolition of the Senate, he enlightened the students’ lanterns in these terms: “I think that our country must make important institutional reforms. Currently, more than 100 days of his inauguration, the Head of State, Felix Tshisekedi is not in a position to appoint a prime minister because we are in a rotten state. We are in a system that still blocks. In Senegal, President Macky Sall was invested on April 2, 2019 and four days later, he appointed a prime minister and formed a government, “he warns.
It should be noted that the next Tshiani Christmas conferences will take place at Ifasic on the 23rd and the University of Kinshasa 29th of the current month.
