TENSION WAS FELT AT THE LUANDA QUAD TRIPARTITE SUMMIT

During the Luanda Summit, tension could be felt between Paul Kagame and Yoweri Museveni, and top MPLA cadres advised Yoweri Museveni to leave Power as his too old. However the technicians of the summit were criticised of the way flags were arranged.

But Papa Tonto, in-spite of being a great showman on the dancing floor, he’s got a very shy heart.
