A few days ago, Criminal Yoweri Museveni awarded Heroic medals, to four UPDF thugs for stopping the Commission of Inquiry into Land Matters, from doing their work. We all know the UPDF thugs were protecting criminal Yoweri Museveni’s interest of endemic land thieving.
