Governor Gentiny Ngobila appointed Ritha Bola Dula to the position of Director General of the Kinshasa Revenue Department (DGRK). Joseph-Louis Isangamela Botuli was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer by the same decree. The new leader of this public service replaces Raoul Elenge accused by MMPs and has facilitated the pouring of revenue. The record that has always clung to his person is the acquisition of the current headquarters of the DGRK whose evidence provided on the procurement are contradictory between them.
